Working with Marius was great! One of the most helpful lessons I learned from this program was that I don't have to make drastic calorie cuts to lose weight. Smaller but consistent changes really work! In the past, I always thought I had to drastically cut calories or eat super low-carb to lose weight, so of course I couldn't keep up those changes for long and eventually stopped and went back to my old eating habits.
Marius is with you every step of the way and keeps you focused, motivated and on track. I was very pleased with the positive results I achieved. I highly recommend him if you're trying to get fitter.
